Can someone tell me how the NCAA's deal with flotrack isn't in direct violation of the NCAA's own written policy?

It's truly sad that this wasn't the first thing that popped up in the brojos mind....pretty obvious this was likely the case....they need trump treatment....banning from posting on their site to stop embarrassing themselves...

Can the Flotrack agreement be considered a "prior digital rights agreement?" I really don't know, just playing devil's advocate.

Where have you been the last 30 years. It is so ridiculous now with the tv networks controlling football, they won't even tell you the time of the game until 3 or 4 days before. If you have tickets to your teams game on Saturday, you don't know whether it will start at noon, 3:30 or 8 pm until just a few days before. I don't watch football but it's pretty sad the fanatics let them get away with holding them hostage the whole day just to see some meatheads turn their brains into ramen noodles.

I signed up watched the races, then unsubscribed. I don't know if it is legal for them to charge or not but I do think the price is outrageous. I took advantage of their free-promotional but didn't choose to continue because of the high fee. I better not be charged!

As if it's an either or typge of thing. I did both.

It took me all of 3 minutes to make this thread. Then it took me just 3 minutes to send an email to both the NCAA and flotrack. Neither gave me a response. Well my NCAA contact said she was passing it on to her supervisor.

while you are at it can you please ask them how charging $35 dollars for a ten dollar shirt or $25 dollars for a $5 stocking cap is treating the fans right?

NCAA even prevents college athletes entering into endorsement agreements.

NCAA made Michigan State basketball play in Hawaii and then NYC 3 days later. This isn't even conference play. Tom Izzo makes good scratch; what about his slaves? When do they even get days off to attend class?

did anyone happen to watch Big 10's online a few weeks ago? I'm not sure who broadcast that event, but it was one of the best cross country races I've ever streamed. quality and well-researched commentary and great footage.
