I know a 19 year old girl who can outlift you easily. Deirdre Lenzsch. She was beating adult women in powerlifting since she was 13 years old. Deirdre is German american and she is so strong she intimidates me.
I'm not ashamed to admit I'm afraid of a teenage girl:
https://www.instagram.com/dglenzsch/?hl=enShe is a BEAST. You'd have to be a football player to be stronger than her

I thought these ladies would be strong then I watched the videos. They are lifting tiny weights. Could they do the lat machine (270 pounds) for reps or barbell curls (185 pounds) for 10 reps? I seriously doubt it. I doubt the ones in the video can do 100 pounds on the lat machine for 1 rep.
Yes, they can. You obviously know nothing about bodybuilding training. They have to get big enough for the muscles to at least stand out (= getting stronger) and then they do high reps of low weights for the purpose of toning. And, before shows, the reps are done just to get the muscles pumped which makes them more visible and looks good to the judges
Bodybuilders aren't where to look for "strong". Look to powerlifters.
Maryana Naumova benched 331 lbs at age 15 and 242 raw at 17. I believe she's in the 48kg weight class.

Of course ... she tested positive for drugs this year, but I'm sure all those bodybuilder girls do too.
For someone clean, consider Ohio High Schooler Shelby Miles.

Bench: 102.5 kg
Squat: 150 kg
Deadlift: 172.5 kg
She weighs 71 kg, and looks like a typical High School girl ... except that she could snap you in two.

No they can not. They can do reps doing the whole stack on the lat machine? You are an idiot if you think they can.
Lots of strong chick fetishists on here.
What is wrong with strong chicks? Even from a bedroom standpoint who wants someone who brings nothing to the table other than being used by the guy. If you don't want someone who can get physical then you don't need a woman...passivity is boring. Aggression, from both sides, is better.

Did you get her autograph

I know nothing about bodybuilding training? I used to work out with a guy who finished 7th in Mr. Olympia (and currently serving about 25 years in prison for murder). I was a lot stronger (and faster) than you will ever be Mark Schultz.

Yeah but she is fricken figure skater (i.e. doesn't focus on lifting) and look relatively smooth doing it (i.e. might be able to throw on another 20lbs).

She also has an athletic girl voice, not the roid freak voice. No acne visible on her as far as I could see in the store. One sign of steroid use is diffuse acne. She is just blessed with phenomenal genes.
Plus her hair would be falling out if she were on the gear.
How do you know that she is clean?
Does Whole Foods require people to pass a drug test before shopping there?
Those gear use signs you listed are semi-accurate, but not absolute.

You said someone else knows nothing about bodybuilding and then you used the term "toning".

It is called cutting and they do that primarily with their diet. You have no idea what you are talking about.
Holy crap......Watched the video finally (Watched the wrong one earlier). Markschultz......you obviousely know NOTHING about bodybuilding and the drugs that are used.
This "girl" Dani is juiced to the gills. You simply CANNOT attain that level of muscularity as a clean female.

In 30 years of lifting and hanging with bodybuilders, I have never heard one refer to cutting as "toning". Toning is what the ladies at Planet Fitness with pink dumbbells thing they're doing. Maybe in some bodybuilding circles they refer to cutting as "toning", but I've never heard it.

I once trained at a gym with a Ms. Olympia competitor. If a female is on gear they will be as strong as college running back. She benched 300 pounds without a spot. Needless to say she could out lift me but she is was more man than I was.....

Actually, that supports a popular theory that women are inherently stronger than men. If a woman can dope and get her testosterone levels up to a man, and then lift more and become more shredded than an average man with the same testosterone level, it is quite obvious that women are proportionally stronger, when considering testosterone levels and how much she can lift compared to an untrained man with the same testosterone levels.
Sounds logically correct,right?

Okay, okay, okay, you're delusional if you think some HS girl could "snap me in two" because she has a 102.5 kg bench press? Son, that's barely 225 pounds, and before I had shoulder issues I was putting up well more than that while weighing around 83 kg. I can also do sets of 10 barbell curls at 115 pounds, and can pretty much guarantee I'm much quicker, more agile, and could beat her at about any lift except for the squat (which I don't do due to back issues).
Assuming she doesn't have some high-end martial arts training, she probably wouldn't last a minute with someone my size/strength in the ring, much less "snap me in two."
