    I, for one, don't follow anyone I don't know.

    Also, not a fan of getting gawdam kudos for my 3 mile evening shakeout run at 9min/mile. WTF? Get f f'ing life.

    I follow back most people who follow me. Kudos mean a lot for me as a near 58 year old master still working hard training and racing to receive kudos from a couple young fast guys who finish in top 15 in open national championship races. I always kudo the people I follow.
