I am an old fart who is over weight and has not exercised in over a decade. There was a time in my life I ran a 4:24 mile and in the high 15 minutes for 3 miles cross country.
I have dreams of being able to run a "long" run again. So far, though, this running thing sucks. hahaha. It is so much harder than I remember.
