How much faster will this make a 14:30 5k runner with 24-low 200m speed?
How does it affect daily training routines?
I can't speak to speed.
IGF-1 is anabolic. Tremendous increases in recovery and strength without the old-school steroid side effects.
I am lead to believe it has replaced HGH for a couple of different reasons. The first of which is the ease of availability and price as compared to HGH. I have not looked for research on the effectiveness of WADA HGH tests. I believe them to be very good as compared to IGF-1 detection. If someone can prove me right or wrong with some published data, that would be great.
There are so many peptides as there are so many EPOs now and most are undetectable. Also worth mentioning the very popular beta-3 antagonists as a TUE.
As always, the key to doping is finding the right combination that produces extraordinary gains. Since every athlete is different, it is not just injecting some IGF-1 LR3 and using your "asthma" inhaler and you are suddenly internationally fast. It's very hard to generalize.
