This is an interesting idea but probably is not true in Jenner's case.

We know that the East German women took anabolic steroids and ended up looking like men.

We know that Bruce Jenner may have taken anabolic steroids and ended up looking like and becoming a woman.

This does not make sense.

Bruce Jenner ended up looking like and becoming a woman from one cause: the Kardashians.

The Kardashians are the only cause. It has nothing to do with anabolic steroids.
