If he wasn't setting PRs or near PRs at the age of 32 I probably wouldn't be so against Gatlin. But when he runs as fast as he does and keeps getting faster in his 30s, it just makes me feel like he is sticking to us and having a good laugh about it.

You clearly either do not read the messageboards here often at all, or are intentionally trolling (the latter is much more likely on Letsrun). Gatlin is a lightning rod of doping ire, which is hilarious given that he is no dirtier than anyone else. It's obvious to most that it's also at least in part because he is a sprinter who gets lots of press - and Letsrunners are mostly distance runners jealous of sprinters.

Not so surprised. The only thing that tends to end sprinters is injury. Usually the accumulation of injuries pre - 30s is enough to stop you.
But Gatlin has been pretty robust. He has also clearly made a technical adjustment to his acceleration phase. He is not improving by yards, just inches. So I don't credit him with getting faster, just not getting slower as fast as others.
