Yeah I've tried the internet dating thing before, when I lived in Reno and in the Los Angeles area. That was a really bad experience. The women who I met seemed only interested in where I was going to take them for dinner and not much else. The whole internet dating thing seems very scammy and contrived. I think that people were meant to meet each other just out of "being in the right place, at the right time."
ya, thats what online dating is like, for the most part. It can be useful to introverts or people who don't go to the bars, only get out to run, etc. There are a lot of serial daters on these sites though, ppl just looking for sex and/or an expensive meal.
Now looks updated through the US Trials etc. Interesting as always.
