I've had Beastie Boys "Ill Communication" in my car cd player for about 2 years now and still listen to it about once a week.

Hatebreed, The Rise of Brutality
Underoath, They're only chasing safety
Stone Temple Pilots, Thank you
David Crowder, Illuminate
Mae, Destination: B-sides
Eclectic indeed. I think I've listened to all of these but never at the same time. Well, all but Blink--I hate new punk. I'll stick to the older, "real" punk.
When I bought it that tape was always in my deck but it's not my favorite. I recently recovered a copy of Hello Nasty (which a friend lost in 99) and I've listened to it at least every other day for 2 months.
Oh, and on my office computer I've got "hell freezes over" by the eagles.

Funny as I'm in the car business and I don't see any cars coming in with mp3 players?
Funny...as in you don't know what you're talking about. I'm not sure what kind of "car business" you're in, but my last three rental cars (over the course of 6 months or so) have all had MP3-capable CD players. We're not talking Escalades either, we're talking Focuses and Accords.
So does your personal car have an MP3 player in it. Guarantee you of the cars sold, less than 2% have mp3's in them.
Flipper - Sex Bomb Baby!
"Greatest Hits" - Neil Young
"The Girl in the Other Room" - Diana Krall

I can only get one CD in my player at one time...I note others have a short list. My son burned me a CD from Van Halen's Greatest and that's what's in my cd player now. I love that boy.
I also have Eminem's Encore in my CD player. My favorite song is either Mockingbird or Like Toy Soldiers. I think it is a great CD. Great new beats, a whole new sound to Eminem. I also have the triple X soundtrack, a mix CD, and a CD that plays metallica but all on violins and cellos
"Apocalyptica" by Four Cellos is a great CD! The "classical" versions of Metallica tunes on strings is fun and they sound tremendous.

Yes thanks for naming the CD. I had fogotten what it was called and was too lazy to go take a look. Yea it is a great CD.
Wu-Tang Clan- Iron Flag
Jimi Hendrix- Greatest Hits
Southern Rap Mix
Talib Kweli- Quality
N.E.R.D.- In Search Of...
The Neptunes present Clones
That CD is unreal. "Sanitarium" is an amazing song to begin with, but the "classical" version is so good in its own right. How the they pull off the guitar solo in "One," is beyond me.

I usually just toss a bunch of cds into the compartment between the front seats in my car, and then switch them out every few weeks, so that's why I have so many. I probably have more cds in there than that...it's a pretty big compartment.
