New Allegations- "Salazar had bag of needles"

This is so wild. I'm totally confused about how I feel about all of this! On one hand, I'm super excited to see new evidence every time it comes out. I want to see NOP fry.

Then I really think about it and this all blows donkey dick! This is going to set American distance running back substantially. It's F'ng sad, really. Big hit for the white mans quest to not suck at distance running!

We did not know that. There was no mention in the report of hypodermic needles and vials kept in a refrigerator. Show us where it was reported then? Oh you can't ... thought not. Do keep up, a little less time reading NOP Fanboy Monthly and a little more time following the news would do you a world of good.

I'm not saying I believe either side of the story. I just like to uphold a standard of journalism that Daily Mail does not represent. I enjoy reading the celebrity gossip, but that's just it...gossip.

Then why weren't they just in their regular vials? With the dates and dosage and so on labeled? And why was Salazar, who is NOT a doctor, in charge of injecting it?

-absolutely, 100% false. There is no generic allergy shot mixture. It is all specified and tailored toward his/her main areas of allergy (ragweed, mold, etc). You don't just go to the local pharmacy to pick this up. It takes weeks sometimes, depending on the mixture, to finalize a solution. And yes, allergy shots are given with needles.

The "allergy 1" and "allergy 2" vials was aired elsewhere I believe.

I would also add that all of the allergy vials in the clinic that I work at are kept refrigerated. Denaturing of proteins within the mixture basically renders it void.

Steve Magness says he saw and handled a vial or vials too. Is he also not trustworthy as a result of his statements appearing in this particular newspaper?

My questions:

Why would someone in Oregon need genuine allergy medicine sent to him all the way from a high-altitude training camp in France? Does the Eugene area not have modern pharmacies?

Why not being this supposed allergy medicine on the airplane? Too heavy?

Or were they afraid of U. S. Customs discovering this curiously unlabeled "allergy medication" and determining that it was anything but?\

The Daily Mail in general may well be birdcage fodder, but that seems to be of little to no relevance here. Stiner, Areson and Magness are either lying or they are telling the truth. Not complicated.

Well, it was probably hard for Galen to get on that plane that he couldn't bring his allergy meds on without his wallet, assuming his ID was in it.

Wait, so some allergy medicine does need to be refrigerated, t is specialized to each person, might take a while to get re-issued, and could have an impact on training in the mean time, YET it is impossible this was allergy medicine?

Come on. At least recognize that some of these items may mean nothing sinister at all. No one has actually said (at least at this point) anything about EPO, but now we have a vial labeled "allergy", for someone with allergies, and it is obviously EPO or something else dirty?

I currently have a sore or strained muscle in my abdomen from sneezing all day Saturday in Eugene, and that was with two over-the-counter allergy pills. I definitely didn't feel like going for a run. Historical evidence seems to support that Rupp's allergies are worse than mine. Is it possible his coach just wanted to get his individualized allergy medicine back ASAP?

Does anyone really have to point out that Salazar's needing these vials shipped by mail, rather than placed in airplane luggage, seems just a little suspicious? Moreover, vials that were "labeled" "Allegy 1" and "Allergy 2" instead of bearing the product descriptions and instructions borne on every legitimate prescription medication in the modern world?
