what?? Contrary to what Dr Pose-anov states, EVERYONE is "pushing off the ground" when running and this IS "natural". You've already been asked: what is your definition of "running naturally" ??

i agree that Mo has a longer stride than the avg world class runner. However, I always looked at this as a strength, not a weakness. You've done nothing to prove that it is a weakness.
I'm just a believer that the more you let you body run naturally on its own without your own quirks the more efficient you will be not matter how small the margin.
Again, you have no evidence that Mo hasn't ALWAYS run this way, that it is completely natural to him, and that there is anything "Unnatural" about it in general. Just a little longer stride, lower cadence than normal. This might be the reason he is so good.
Also interesting to note that as someone has already mentioned, many of the african runners run with an odd looking side tilt as if it this were created when they were children carrying a load to school.
That was Geb. Many African runners did not run to school. Some quite possibly switched they loads back and forth between arms while doing so. There is no evidence that the avg African runners has this "side tilt" you claim to see, or that if it does exist, it has anything to do with running to school carrying books (it might in Geb's case)
