1) Your training and mileage have nothing to do with this. The calculator results are what you can CURRENTLY run on your CURRENT training. NOT what can you run if you change your training. It is not a "lifetime potential" calculator. It is a "what am I in shape to run today" calculator.
2) People have run faster on much less. Also, I don't know why you think 30 mpw will get you to 4:00 but magically won't get you to 3:55.
3) You keep limiting yourself. I don't understand this. Believe in yourself!
I'll give the 1500m more of a try this coming outdoors season. I'll let you know in July if i run anything like the predictions!
