don't try to mimic it. just pick up on general trends by watching many elite runners. look for knee lift, foot contact time, torsal tension, etc., and think about those hwne you run. but don't do anything silly

the thing you will notice most about comparing Kenyans to Americans (or whites in general) is the arm swing. Whites go from 120dg-70dg, while kenyans go from 90-60dg. Whites drive with their hands while Kenyans seem to drive with the elbows.
Also dont be afraid to lean forward. Most coaches/physioligists say stand up straight, but just watch a kenyan and they will all be leaning forward.
