It depends what she wants. If she wants to be a world-class runner, she needs to put in more work. Those weights she was lifting were pretty lame. If she wants to have just enough track success to keep her on the international stage at a junior level and then make cheesecake videos, she's doing just fine. Something tells me it's the latter.

(CrossFit style) sprint repeats go a long way and what she basically does is borrowing 2 elements of CrossFit training (sprints and box jumps) and combining it to one.

Jenneke has had some national and international success. It's not as if she's just the hot girl who runs for her High School team without scoring any points. She has done well with running. Maybe she just realizes her upside in tack and field just isn't enough to give up the opportunity she has right now to capitalize on her unusual combination of charm, athleticism and looks.
The other images are of Susanna Kallur. She had more success, of course, but her career was cut short by injury, and she never really had the chance to be competitive in the Olympics or outdoor world championships. She was certainly never a household name expect perhaps in Sweden at her peak. I wouldn't trade the options Jenneke has for that.

I try to keep open minded about things, but kipping pull-ups are nothing more than a way to cheat to get inflated pullup counts to impress people who don't know any better.

Susanna Kallur is the world record holder in the 60m indoor hurdles. As an athlete, Kallur >>> Jenneke. Jenneke is making hay while the sun shines; she's capitalizing on what she's known for. She needs to maximize this opportunity while she can, because she still needs the athletic success to market herself. Unless she improves upon her performances she will be an also-ran in a couple of years and will be replaced by the next "hot chick athlete."
