Eliud Kipchoge won the WC 5000 at 18. Pretty sure he could have handled the NCAA.

Ummm, ability to compete in NCAAs is no guarantee of entrance to college. WSU is not an SEC school. Grades matter. Lagat has a degree in management information, awarded in 2000. Earning a degree is more than some NCAA multi-champs have accomplished: Rupp.

I'm confused because you give an example supporting me, but your second sentence seems like you're trying to refute me? Anyways, at 18, Wanjiru set the half marathon world record and ran a 26:41 10k and Komen ran a world record 7:20 3k at 20 and 7:58 two mile at 21. So yes, there are several examples where some could not only dominate the NCAA, but the world at that age.

Well what are the American and World Masters records for both indoor and outdoor from 1500 up to 5k?

I thought the LRC-mantra was that Kenyan's age-cheat by claiming to be younger than they really are, so they can sneak into American colleges and steal NCAA medals from white-boy Americans. Now, with Lagat, the mantra is that he claimed to be older than he really was. Butt, once again, a non-American snuck into an American college and took NCAA medals rightfully belonging to white-boy Americans.

I tell you what I would be righteously pissed if I were a masters runner who had my podum stolen by an age cheater like lagat (even aside from his dopping convictions)

They do both. They exploit their falsified birth certificate and win junior races when they are actually older. They then board faster than light spaceships to a nearby star and when they return, they are now younger and can set masters records.
