Update on training of Asbel in fall 2014 by famous Italian physiology PhD MeinAuto Pullova:
Asbel had two goals for this season, that is to re-capture the title of His Daughter's Cup and win the White Girl Diamond League.
After he wins the battle in his house, showing good form with pistol, we then have to prepare to win Daughter's Cup. We need to train in grabbing and running with child, who is getting big (now almost 20 kilos) so is not easy. Also, ex-biddy is now more feisty (no longer adolescent, of course) and so we add rugby stiff-arm training because pistol work is too hard on body.
In that time, 2 times Asbel has to travel to Europe, to run this and that race, which interrupts training. So we move around sessions and do best we can - to win both 1500 diamond league and ultimate goal White Girl Diamond League.
Training look like this:
2 Sep: win Diamond League
3 Sep: travel to Iten
4 Sep: recovery run, 60' relaxed fartlek
5 Sep: 6 x 200m in 26" (getaway pace) with pistol and 20kilo 7-year-old in hand (1'10" recover)
6 Sep: 20 x camera-phone photo of White Girl, with WhatsApp text blurb recover
7 Sep: recovery run, 1 hour 30
8 Sep: 'Oklahoma drill' with full pads (to prepare muscle loading for full explosion through the bush girlfriend)
9 and 10 Sep: rest
11 Sep: compete in His Daughter's Cup, win
You see that we need only short buildup to win His Daughter's Cup. You can see we expect hard fight from Bush Girlfriend, so then we do specific training and make sure recovery.
Immediately after win in Daughter Cup, Asbel have some groin injury from tripping over cat. Also daughter now weighing more like 25 kilos which could not predict. So you see to win White Girl Diamond is not so easy. First, to recover from injury, then get iPhone update to show White Girl how much better Asbel like her than Bush Girl.
This is why Asbel turned down good money from Mary in New York for road mile. To travel a long way to maybe lose is not good for his reputation.
With groin injury, Asbel now have time to do specific technical training. He takes many pictures of daughter and white girl to send to bush girl. Example:
Sep 21: 12 x 60" fast photo and Tweet (we do specific less than 130 characters to be safe), switching camera angle every 3.
Sep 22: Same as Sep 21 except use whatsApp
At this time we see that Asbel getting very fit, and we know he is now ready to battle for White Girl Diamond League. Even when Asbel goes to mediation he brings a gun, showing he is near or beyond fitness of best form of Sammy Wanjiru from late 2000's.
Up next is hope to change news that White Girl Diamond is in Form 4, which requires new training but with Athletics Kenya and IAAF help we will be seeing Asbel at his best again soon.

I think standard/ktn don't like the truth n if they did they would have asbel kiprop his side of the story .... check it out this way 6 years ago asbel was 19 years old and the girl was 16 fine both of them were still teenagers n what do most teenagers do when they get pregnant they convince the girl to get abortion which in this case asbel kiprop did not he was ready to be a father ... ktn look at her statement "it was love at 1st sight " that means they were in love then not that asbel went n forced her to be pregnant
