So, we have full video of a 74 year old man running a 63 second 400 but not for any of the World Records that the Chinese women set.
LOL!!!
Also I'm impressed that Bad Wigins called the 51. for the 52 y.o. Brilliant call.

I'm pretty sure that there was a Caribbean dude running his age at 49-50 a few years ago, but there seemed to be some doubt about his actual age...?

Is the most impressive record the 2.05m for a 90 year old pole vaulter or the .99m for the 95 year old high jumper?
No its Charles ross Age group 90 - 2000m steeplechase 18:54. multiple barriers while still maintaining an extremely respectable pace for a 90 year old.

Wasn't Willie Gault throwing down some times near sub 50 a few years ago in his late 40's?
I don't know about the 400, but 2 years ago he ran 22.44 for the 200 at age 50.

I know the 200 was his emphasis, but I seem to remember a sub 50 and a 10.6 or so also.
I'm sure you can break 70. with specific training. I ran 72 at 52 with no specific training, or any idea what I was doing and 68 since. I'd need to go sub 60 at 55 to qualify for AG final at the Masters, so I hired a coach and may as well give it a shot.
wow, muller.
how many men that age could even get down into a block and get back up . . .probably 5%
and he was smooooth from 150 to 300.
then 72 years caught up to him.
my new idol.
