Sure feels better to hit the ground more gently than it does to hit it harder, though. I don't get home from my first run until I finish my 2nd run (run to work, work, run home). If you'll take a shower with me, I could make an exception, though.

Running is not that technical. Just get out of bed and run. If you get home early enough you can get your mate to take a shower with you before school or work.
