Nothing could be further from the truth. You would be surprised to find how many runners have never heard of or visit letsrun.com frequently. "Hardcore" runners like many of us, yes. A lot of others don't (and I don't mean the Joggersworld crowd).

The material used by Sugoi is Technifine Mesh. It is the same material Sugoi uses for their retail singlets and the same material used by uniforms like Army (that cool gray camo design). If you have a Sugoi singlet made in the last 3 years, it is likely technifine mesh. The printing method is done by sublimation, not by heat transfer. Sublimated colors do not run and I've never known them to fade. It's a quality product (no, I'm not a distributor... just a customer).
For Wejo to make a decent profit and to cover shipping, he'd probably need to charge at least $25/each... which isn't too shabby since they charge $30 in running stores for the same thing in a solid color.
I've thought about asking Wejo about this before, I guess now is as good a time as any... right after I get back from New Year's vacation.

I think singlets would be cool... but some of us run for a school and wouldn't be able to wear one in a race any time soon.... So a T-shirt which we could wear whenever would also be cool.
any word on the singlets/shirts? track season is right around the corner and i need something to run in!
As I said in a previous post, I'll ask Wejo about this after I get back from my New Years vacation. The only thing I'm thinking about right now is check-raising dumb tourists into big pots at the Hold'em tables. Vegas, baby. Vegas.
Even if Wejo does buy off on the idea, it will take about 8 to 10 weeks after the final design has been approved to complete the order. If you have nothing to wear, you may want to visit your local running store :o)

I'd like to see one with the logo in the yellow oval. Maybe wejo can make enough money to dump ebay. Just make sure you make enough mediums and smalls. I hate having to take larges and xtra larges at races.
