The whole thing is pathetic, both the initial action and the responses to it. On the one hand, jumping on stage is a pretty silly thing to do, as others have mentioned the fact that she is easy on the eyes definitely made it more "acceptable." If it had been a regular looking guy I'm sure he would have been tackled and possibly arrested. At the same time, it's not the end of the world, Lacaze, as mentioned, is extremely attractive so she was likely trying to bring attention to herself in a way that her good but not great running never will. Sadly, that seems to be the way of the world.

She gets a lot less attention for her looks than what I think she should get. She's pretty fine.

Agree that if she were some unattractive 20 something guy the response may have been different. Maybe the fact that she is somewhat famous helps.

Can someone from U. Florida post on here - what is she really like?

Gen was EASILY one of the most well liked people at Florida. Great runner, but even better person. She was the catalyst of the women's distance resurgence at UF. She always ran hard, and was a great team leader.

Some of you people need to not take yourselves so seriously.
