This same shirt design is being sold by Eastbay. If it is true that McGraw is a casual runner, maybe he gets the catalog and saw it in there.
The truth behind this is that Faith Hill is adopted and it turns out that her birth mother is a Rupp(cousin to Galen's father). You can see in pics that Faith has ears just like Rupp.
Rupp passed the shirt on since he is a big fan of McGraw-Hill.
