Possibly the weakest men's & women's Nat 25 km Champs fields ever in GR. First 2 miles for men in around 9:55 when E Africans started hammering. Next 3 miles @ 4:40 or better thinned the #'s to 5-6. By 8 down to 4. Race winner made a surge @ half marathon and that strung out the top 4 to eventual places. From 2 miles to finish, CLandry averaged 4:45 per mile. The man is fit.
