Anything over $100 is rubbish. Studies confirm this (they don't lend themselves to preventing injury anymore so than a cheaper running shoe and may actually lend themselves to causing injury more so than cheaper running shoe).
Puma Faas 500 is such an amazing, long lasting shoe and is cheap. I haven't really found another shoe like it, yet.
