Proposal: Some sort of protocol so that nobody can post drug use allegations anonymously...? What should be done? Should we use registered emails and have links to background checks? If anyone has ever used pot because of peer pressure or because 'everyone's doing it'...please don't post? If you've ever had a DWI or DUI, etc... don't post? I'm obviously being facetious to a degree, but seriously, there's some unfounded character assassination going on on a daily basis. At this point there is nothing that Centro, nor anyone associated with him, could possibly say to make small minded conspiracy theorists like yourself believe that there was never a positive sample.
If he were to specifically say "I never had a positive sample", you would just say "Neither did Armstrong you cheater".

The rumors are that he wasn't racing because of a doping issue. He said "I would like to categorically dispel any ugly rumors as to why I missed a few races."
I can see how you want something more specific, but it simply is not true that he denied an adverse doping finding unless you want to give a different meaning to "dispel" or what the "ugly rumors" were.
The third post in the original CENTRO!! thread said "Centro tested positive. Hence why he hasn't raced as of late. Word will eventually leak out."
A few posts later someone said "Makes sense. Why has Centro suddenly dropped under the radar?"
On the second page someone posted "It's true. I shot a text to one of centros old teammates and he heard the same from reliable sources"
On the fourth page someone says "There is indeed word going around among my former teammates about Centro failing a drug test"
On the fifth page someone says "Just go some news that it's been 'confirmed'. Apparently he tested positive almost a week ago."
Those are the rumors he is addressing.
It's not until the 11th page of the original thread (aka over 200 posts in) where anyone even raises the possibility he tested positive but is fighting it. That wasn't the original rumor that was posted on this thread. It is a later iteration of the rumor where it shifted to something like a passport test or an inferred positive test. Yet, you expect Centro to come back and specifically address every shape shifting form of these rumors instead of "categorically dispelling any ugly rumors?"
There are so many versions of what happened "ugly rumors" is more of a blanket statement. When the first 11 pages of the CENTRO!! thread focus on him failing a test and, as a result, not racing why does he then specifically have to address some other unsubstantiated theory that pops up 220+ posts into the thread?
