In today's dollars probably 70 or 80. Two tickets to The Blasters, 3 or 4 drinks. Not much else, and progressively downsized. 3 dates with that girl, who was just in it for the drinks. She'd kiss ok but I am pretty sure just to get a little more alcohol off my lips. I gave up and moved on.
For myself I don't think I've ever spent more than $100. Maybe $125 if there was some drinks after dinner. But my coworker ambles in one Monday morning a few months ago and I ask how his date went he had mentioned he had on Friday. He smiles and relays this story: (He's a young black guy btw. Simply does not care about money and while not terribly trustworthy, is a blast to know):
"Oh man. So I pick her up and she asks what we're doing. I just smile knowing I'm ready to do this. She asks if we're doing dinner or movie or something and I say Nah. We drive out to Parx (a casino maybe 40 minutes away) and we hit on roulette for 2 grand. I swear it was ridiculous. [It should be known my friend plays roulette a lot but has never won big.] She's flipping out, can't believe it. Thinks it's some reality show thing. So we gamble for another hour, she plays the slots and then watches me throw away $300 on craps. We leave for dinner and we don't even get any. We just go to the stripcub and this girl has never been so I tell the girls just take care of her. They give her private dances for like 2 hours and order champagne for them and I just watch [he doesn't drink - -former 47 sec 400 guy btw]. We drive to this tattoo place in Philly and she gets her nipples pierced. [This is where i start questioning the story. Really man? On a first date? His eyes get wide. I know man it's crazy.] So she gets both her nipples pierced and we drive to my house, like maybe 5am. Not a dime left of the roulette win. Spent it ALL. [I ask, holy sh*t i guess you're going out again? He says, "I'll see her, but we're never going out again. BAM!]"

Here's a somewhat related question. I dated a gal for about three months, two months of which included fairly steady sex. During that time I was not a total cheapskate and spent a fair amount of money on theater and concert tickets, flowers, dinners, etc.
When the relationship ended abruptly, I went back and estimated all the money I'd spent compared to the number of times I'd gotten laid. The cost to me was about $52 per orgasm, which occurred no less than twice per session. (Oh, and I'm talking about mine, not hers. Situation reversed, she'd have made out like a bandit because she always had multiples.)
Can't provide pics, but she was a decent looking woman. Think of a curvy Scarlett Johansson (circa "She's Not That Into You") but 35 years old.
So, as far as paying for sex goes, did I get a good deal?
The most money I have ever spent on a first date was $18 for a couple of movie tickets. Touched a boob after so it was totally worth it.

$200, skiing. was fun, but did not work out and was not worth the money. Best first dates for me have been getting wasted and bar hopping. Keep it in the double digits

The first date with my wife was just a stroll in the mall - no cost.
Maybe $6,000. I was freshman and has blind date for frat/sorority mixer. I pledged that night. After making out after dropping her off I was really hammered and attempted to drive home. Drove on wrong side of freeway - but kind of came to senses and pulled to shoulder facing right way. I had apparently been driving wrong way for a while as numerous people called in. A cop pulls up behind me on shoulder and arrests me. Last time I was in frat house as I dropped out the next day. She was hottie though.
