Anyone been to Birmingham CrossPlex - indoor track and swimming complex in middle of Birmingham?

    I prefer to just run outdoor because of the air but the facility is nice, including the warm-up area and the adjustable banked track. My team ran a lot in the surrounding area and it's fine and safe.
