Didn't Deano do the 199 mile relay as a solo effort?

Do you usually warm up or warm down for a marathon?
When you are a marathon maniac and just jogging them then no.

Doesn't sound right to me. If you run a marathon every day for 50 days (not to mention in 50 states) then surely you must run a 200 mile week at some point
I briefly thought about running a 200 mile week but then realized I had a life.

Documented? I know stories of Lindgren.
I thought you meant people here.
Not me...140 is my biggest week ever.
I used to work for former Western States 100 winner Doug Latimer, and he would throw in a 200 mile week every once in a while. He also did a couple of 7-day races where he crushed 200 miles.
Im sure a lot have, but why?

Are you really that stupid? 26.2 X 7 = 183.4 That does not equal 200. It doesn't get anymore straight forward. And I would assume that DK did not do a warm-up as he was likely busy giving his interviews and promoting himself. Maybe I'm wrong and he did another 2.5 miles each day as a shakeout, or warm up, and/or cooldown. But the FACT remains that 26.2 X 7 = 183.4 and THAT is not 200. Is he capable? Obviously, yes, and if he thought it would get him publicity or more book sales he would do it.
Geoffrey Mutai and about 3000 other runners are far more interesting to me. If you are a fitness runner or fellow ego-maniac you may find DK interesting.
