If a woman steals your sperm, can you press charges?

Rinse and spit. Guessing she had it planned and put it in something and left in a hurry.

1) doesn't matter. Child support goes to the kid no matter what the mom does. A guy can get raped and have to pay child support.

to clear up any misinformation for the OP, it appears that while you cannot press charges for stolen property, you can press charges for Fraud and similar inappropriate and wrongful intent on the part of the offender. So you should be protected by law from this sort of deceit. Whether it is a woman harvesting sperm from a used condom, from the products of coitus interuptus or from her mouth (oral sex) for the fraudulent extortionist purposes of conceiving a baby, you should have the right in the court of Law to press charges and you should probably prevail. Establish that the sexual act occurred as you claim, and establish evidence for the parameters of the relationship--particular intent not to conceive a child and/or raise a child, start a family, etc, and even explicit, deliberate ill-intent on the part of the offender (I think you could add a charge of extortion or something related on top of the fraud).

Except that it is impossible for a guy to get raped (well, at least that way).

You can press charges but the guy lost and is now paying child support. I suppose it depends on the state and how well you are represented.

The world has reached a sad place when there is such a shortage of sperm that women have to resort to theft. Back in the good old days, sperm was so plentiful that you couldn't give the stuff away.

There is no shortage of sperm, every bum has it. But its hard to get sperm from rich successful men that you can con into paying child support. i.e doctors, athletes etc
