10/10. I agree, this is a 3:58 (Indoors) runner, who has great potential at the 5K/10K distance. He will be joining a growing stable of 10K runners at Oregon such as Stinson, Melancon and Cheserek. The coaching situation at Northeastern is in flux, so why not make the change now.
