I think that race proves Farah can deal with anything. Why didn't Gebrehwet take it on earlier?!
awesome last 600 meters or so - truly incredible last 200m. Was a good honest championship type race. I think Mo just answered all questions. If you are still against him you are just a hater.
Exactly. Good opportunity to test Mo's close. Now they must realize that they need a fact pace in a championship. They should try a windup last 3000 in both races in Moscow.

Interesting that she seems committed to the 800 this year. She has a lot of grit in the last 50 meters. She's about on par there with Wilson (see last year's World Juniors), but has a range up to 3000 like Cain. This year she hasn't improved her time at 1500, but hasn't run that distance. I think she's subject to the wishes of UK Athletics - they have nobody else in the 800 but a few decent representatives (England, Weightman, Dobriskey) in the 1500. None though that have her ability to finish a race. Otherwise I would expect her time in the 1500 to be much better than the 4:09 from last year. Ultimately that's her race.

I think Twell might be broken. Gorecka is just as big a talent as Judd, but as a 19 year old distance runner is naturally going to wait a few years before she gets a similar level of success in her events.
