Age: 13
Time: 31:02
Now: Age: 22, Time: 19:54 - from XC states my senior year
I haven't focused on just running in a couple years, but after my next Ironman I'm planning on jumping back on the running train, see if I can get any faster.

BTW, I'm a girl.
Started running at 13
First 5k at 12-24:20
With three months of training at 13-18:19
Now at 16-14:59
13 - 21:10 just before starting XC in HS.
Didn't break 20:00 in HS, was always injured, IMO due to our coach having us do all-out intervals almost primarily, starting the first week of training. The 90's really really sucked for running! Quit after soph year because my coach was a total numbskull.
converted to running at 16 - 21:34
Now 20 - 15:59

He got a hamburger, with fries.
16/17
1st 5K was 19:5x
started running at 43. first 5k (on little training) 20:59.
now 52. gonna try to break 20 in july. it's gonna be tough.
age 11, 23:42
cant say I progressed much, only a 15:12 at my top.
I was 40; 23:30.
I was 43, 23:42 on a shortish course (really mid 24s if the course had been honest). Now 45 and 22:00. Long term goal sub 20, but its tough trying to get faster as you get older on the wrong side of the hill.
