The fact that people want to do something does not in any way imply free will. The 'want' itself is merely the result of the collective positions and velocities of a whole lot of elementary particles, all of which is determined by the laws of physics and none of which implies any such imaginary concept as "free will".

It is very typical for a person who has just planned and executed a deadly attack to suddenly take action to prevent violence, only to go back to setting off bombs and shooting people immediately afterward. He had what we in the profiling business call a "Darth Vader moment." He suddenly realized the err of his ways and turned, metaphorically speaking, from imperial lord to Jedi. The graphic photo shows gunshot wounds to Tsarnaev’s body as well as a large thorocotomy incision on his chest.

It is. They did a test a few years ago with TRAINED gunmen, and had them firing with handguns at large moving targets in high pressure situations. These trained gunmen had an accuracy rate of around 9%. Hand guns are not particularly accurate, and much less so in high pressure situations.
