Tip of the iceberg, my friend. And Kenya, as others have observed, is hardly the only African country involved...
I was just giving the info.

The days of trusting every white man as if he is God must come to an end. Any white man who has been to Kenya and attended a cross country or track meet or even visited one of the camps can bear witness how athletes swarm around them like bees! So many doping agents are out there and you can't tell them by their faces. To my friends and I a white man represents an escape route from poverty. And in most cases this has been true. But the bad guys have mingled in since they have no more breathing space in the west due to WADA. AK is totally to blame here for not doing their job which among other things is to educate athletes on these matters. They should have a special unit within it complete with full funding and whose job would be to move from camp to camp to educate athletes on doping matters and listen to listen to their concerns. Banning athletes who have doped is one thing but in my opinion the real work will be done when we arrest the source of these drugs(doping agents). These guys should be locked up and never allowed to see the light of the day again.
Not only white man, the days of trusting anybody. Although they have been white and black people whom have been doing a great job for athletics in Kenya.
I remember one day giving some kits to athletes whom were attending a race. I was about to leave when another runner came (whom have been abroad and had some success in his career) and was telling the others this:
"Look guys the day you will find a manager, find a good one. The one that can be able to get you "products and vitamins". You do that for 2-3 years, then you are done, you will have money and your life will be better"
One of the other replied "That is dangerous and it is cheating, what about God ?"
The guy said: "To God's jugement better to die rich, than live like a poor"
Think you understand everything with that wether they are bad guys or not.
And unfortunately this story not only apply to Kenya.
