Actually, you need to take it one step further. Clearly it is the LACK of testosterone that is the cause of evil. All of the low testosterone men let the high testosterone men monopolize mating opportunities, thereby passing down their evil genes. All of the low testosterone females (all of them) choose high-T mates, again increasing the prevalence of evil genes.
Low testosterone is at the root of all evil because it makes way to high testosterone = evil.
