The bone structure - well, you haven't seen many feet of women over 40 in america, have you? most are like that from wearing ridiculous shoes most of their lives.
I don't think the bone structure is from running - it's from heels and whatever other bad shoes she has worn for 20 years.
I'm not trying to be a dick, but none of the women I know have feet like that. I have 2 sisters who are in their 30s/40s and my wife is 38. They are all runners. Not like MF, of course, but still. My wife has a 3:18 marathon PR, so she doesn't suck. Neither she nor her running friends have feet like that, at least from what I have seen from hanging out with them, the pool, etc. To your other point, my wife has a damn shoe fetish. She's like Carrie from Sex and the City with her shoes. She wears all kinds of crazy shit.
Anyway, I know nothing about this MF woman, so the bone issues might be congenital and if that is the case, I feel bad for even commenting. If she is doing this through running, something isn't right. I run very high mileage. I was a 10k guy n college and went to marathons upon graduating. I've been running high mileage for decades and have NEVER had anything like this. Sure, an occasional toenail issue when my shoes aren't 100% right, but nothing like this.
