General:
-STAY HEALTHY
-Get up to consistent 70 mpw this summer
-Maybe try my hand at a sub 1:25 half marathon if the opportunity presents itself late next fall
Build mileage from the 55-60 where it's at now to 100-110 and hold it over the summmer to be in excellent shape for key fall races. It's all about staying healthy for me.

I havn't thought of goals for this yet! We'll see when the time comes. Maybe try to make the varsity team and represent the college well or whatever lol.

But my goal for 2013 will be the same at it has been for the last 20 years of running. And that is run faster than the year before. I plan on bumping up the mileage and intensity after the winter months and see where I'm truly at. Lots of hopes but 54 is still 54. It doesn't get any easier as we get older.

I'm a 17 year old male going into my last year at school.
I'll hit 70 in 3 months, and I am not immensely talented so don't laugh:
Run every day (if only for a mile to keep the string going)
Break 2 hours in Indy MiniMarathon
Be undefeated in 70+ in every race
Run Tecumseh Trail Marathon next December
But aside from the above silliness my 3 true goals are 1)to stay healthy, 2) to enjoy running, and 3) to be appreciative for both.

To finally get back to running after 8 months pissing about with an endless variety of injuries. Anything else would be a bonus.
Male, will be 53 in a few months. Have been trying to break 20 minutes for 5k last 2+ years. Got close in 2011, but had a bad case of PF this year. Took a few steps back.1a) Stay motivated to run1b) Stay healthy2) Run consistent3) Quality runs (my easy days are touching 9 mpm)
