I'll believe it when I see race results that are anywhere close to this level of fitness. When is your next race?

Really tough to tell. I ran 3:44 (and 1:51) in University....6 x 200 w/ 200jog in 26.X would be about max for me, but I could only run about 51-52 for the 400. You have too much rest in your long workouts to really figure out anything....although the 4x1600 is a good VO2 max workout indicative of a sub 15 5k. The only thing that worries me is that 800 and those 400s in the 20x4.... if you had 800 jog after an 800, you should be hitting 2:00-2:02ish if you're going to run in the 3:40s. I'd say you would probably run 3:55 +/- 3-4 seconds.
Yea, I don't think I will be ready for a 3:4x 1500 for a long time. Years from now.
And yea I know I take a lot of rest but I feel like its ok now since track season is a good ways away.
About my next race. It will be during outdoor season at some point.
