I know of a kid in my state that went from 2:06 to 1:53 and placing at state. If you commit to it and put a lot of time and a lot of effort, it is totally possible.

with 52 speed or more, breaking 2 should be a given
if the 1654 is a legit 5k time, it's probably xc, so it may be short, it may not, but 1654 is strong enough to hold out for a 155 in the 8. splitting 56/59 should be no problem... especially with 52/51 sub speed
the 455 16 is real weak with a 52 4 and 1654 5k, you'll bust that down too
good luck

not sure what you are going for here
nobody runs a 2 flat 8, a 4:55 16, and 16:54 5k
Why is this so surprising? Not every runner is a long distance runner. I have a friend whose times were 22.6/51.1/2:00/4:5x/18:xx for 200/400/800/Mile/5K.
Shoot I saw it all depends on your training because I could not break 2:00 but busted sub 51 400's. Really Just work on pacing it so you can run under 2 minutes then you can go for the real fast times.

You must also have a deep "distane" for the English language.

big difference between 16 and 18 for 5k
the OP's 1654 demonstrates the strength to bust a 155 8 especially with 52 speed
if his 5k was 18 something, then no

I was joking and you have poor reading comprehension. I quoted "Frank Reynolds'" post "if your 52/200/1654 are legit, you should have no problem hitting 155" and sarcasticaly agreed, citing an obviously BS "rule of thumb," without which a 2:00 800 PR would not be indicative of a 1:55, "no problem."

you can run an 800m on pure hate, i have done it many a time, and plan to do it many more.. i'm not sure if you can run it on deep disdain, however.
try and turn that disdain into hate or at least loathing/detestation.. go balls out in the last 250m
goodluck
SI am indeed running indoor only about 3 or so races. Idk when outdoor starts maybe late feb, early march. My coach is not a fan of mileage, he likes to keep it at less then 40(i had to push for us to do as much as we did this year. He also trains all mid to long distance runners like 1600-3200 runners even if they are a 400/800 guy. But like I said earlier he won't be around this year for track so I'll have more control over my workouts. I'm thinking about training with the sprinters part of the time and distance guys the other part.
Sub-1:55 seems reasonable for you.
In HS my best open 400 was 54. Supposedly I ran mid-52 in a relay but I'm skeptical.
As a junior I ran 3:54 in the 1500 but never got under 2 in the 800. I probably didn't run the 800 enough.
As a senior I ran 1:56 multiple times and got down to 3:52 in the 1500.
Not enough speed to be competitive at 1500/mile in college. Ended up a 5k/10k runner.
What you need to do is improve the quality of your quality workouts.
Your mileage seems fine.
Look at your 12X400 workouts and work on running your average 400 faster and close you last one harder.
Improve the pace of your 5X1000 workouts.
5X300 workouts.
Get in some more hill workouts.
These are the things that will lead to a faster 800 time.
You need better 400 speed, and improving on your intervals will help.
You have asked this question 4 different times in 4 different threads under 4 different names with 4 sets of fake times.
You are a narcissistic prick taking up too much space.
Not so sure about the "no problem" part of it. I was a 52/1:57/4:17 HS runner and did not get down to 1:55 until college when my quarter speed was probably 51ish. Granted, my focus was the 1500 and not the 800 in college, but I was in a few fast races and 1:55 was all I could muster.
This will be a tough trick for the OP. That mile/5K time is just too slow for him to have the strength to get there at this point. Sounds like he will improve signficantly in those distances though.

Come on, bro. "Distane"? I'm pulling for you. I really am. But "distane"? WTF?
