Ashton's WR was very impressive but LRC is a running site not a multi's site.
Plenty of running events in the Decathlon. Even has the world record for highest scored in the running events alone. Would have qualified for Olympic trials in 100, 110h, and 400. Sounds like a good runner to me.
...But I do think Jager's performance was amazing, especially since it is his first year doing steeple, so I look forward to many great things to come!
