102.6M last week including a 34 mile run - my longest to date.
I'll have to start a thread about the longest single run people have done.

49 miles one week in the Fall of '95. Woo-hoo!
Limper's Lament how is your 10k pace at a faster pace than your 5k.
On three consecutive weeks in the summer before senior yr in HS

Could be a slow course or a bad day with his 5Ks. My 5K PR is only 15:37 but I've run a 30:51 10K. Just never got it together for a good 5K and I raced more 10Ks at peak condition.
Or he could be full of shit.
220...the last day was a death march
122 a couple times this winter for boston. Felt great! Worked 40 hours too. I think A lot of it is just mental, sometimes 70 a week is hard, sometimes 25 in a day feels easy.
96 miles last week. I finished the week off with a mountain run, climbing about 3400 feet in 3.5 miles. That was a stupid thing to do because my legs are shot to hell.
137 unemployed.
114 employed full-time.
Mine is 129 in one week with 13 runs that week. ( August-1987) How's this though One Year total of 5117 miles taking 4 weeks off for recovery. I m curious what others have done for yearly mileage.
126 miles back in '86. Hit 109 three times last winter.

In College, summer of '67, this physiologist at my school warned me that running more than 90 miles a week would break my body down. I wanted to prove him wrong so I ran 50 miles a day, 350 miles a week, for 6 weeks. I ran at least 5 workouts a day and I felt great.
210, many years ago. Triples every day except Sunday and Saturday (only doubles on those days).
What about "how much food have you eaten in a week?" 220 miles is a lot of calories.
100.7 just to say I did. Didn't do me a damn bit of good; sucked then and now.
about 145. February of this year.
102.1 and 100 even, both last summer. Been over 90 two other times, 80 I think seven other times. Never really been into the mondo mileage, but trying to do what I can, balancing work, family, etc etc. Course I'm an old fogey, so I've got a partial excuse.
96 between indoor and outdoor track this past season, one double

so you ran a 10k faster than your best 5k?
odd, but i guess if the 5k is from highschool and the 10k from college or something
I'm using the HADD method right now and feeling great. I just hit my highest miles per week at 31.54862!!!
Monday = 4.2134
Tuesday = 5.00012
Wednesday = 8.534 (almost killed me)
Thursday = 0.17 (had to take it easy)
Friday = 4.5531
Saturday = 3.141
Sunday = 2.093 AM 3.844 PM (wow, my first double!)
I did the double on Sunday to go over 30 miles. I feel great! I'm hoping to be up to 34.67221 by next month. Look out KK.
