Yeah, this was only the fourth work-out of the season. I know my coach is planning on moving the rest down to 90 seconds.
In response to some of you who were talking about how I can do a better work-out: I appreciate your advice - it's always nice to learn more about training - but I have a coach who has his own plan and a lot of experience so, in the short-term, I won't be able to take any of the advice unless that's what my coach is doing anyway.
Out of curiosity, based on the work-out and my 1600m time, what do you think I would do for 3200m? That will be the main focus of my season anyway; the 1600 was just a time trial in practice.
