He left UVA because he was forced to resign.
That is not what the release implies at all. Seems like he's leaving to get things in place for UNC before the Olympics begin this summer and he's traveling with Webb.

Purdue has had a men's distance coach all year, dude from a school in Texas. But as bad as Purdue is again, there will be 6 openings to fill there this summer.

yea... my mistake I realize now that I read something from last summer, idiot me. However, I wouldnt dount if there was more turnover soon, because yes. they are bad.
