OK people. 1st of all, the teacher was wearing capri pants, not a dress. But even if he was, yes it's distracting, but it's his choice. what if he wanted to wear a kilt? You're gonna discriminate against someone for being Scottish? And as a previous poster stated, how about women wearing pants and say, a flannel shirt? Too gender-bending for y'all? It's clothing dammit, get over it. Or shall the government deem that not only should students wear uniforms to protect them from gang issues (which I agree is a good idea in high risk areas), but the teachers as well? Try and get the teachers' unions to pass that!
