I'm shocked that they prosecute people for assault in Scotland. Isn't that like giving an American the death penalty for shopping?

I was on a jury for a couple who had a worse fight than this. She ripped apart his clothes. He spray painted hers. She sued him.

He needed an interpreter during the court case. He spoke Spanish and very little English. She didn't speak Spanish at all.

We suffered through two full days of the ridiculous performances of the lawyer. All that time the woman and man were starring at each other, with the starring turning into goo-goo eying.

Needless to say, on the third day the court appointed attorney for the woman said her client was dropping all the charges. Evidently they hooked up again the prior night. All was well. Their fatal attraction would continue to carry on.

Was she once married to Yobes Ondieki and Ken Martin or I am going completly senile?
