Fitch didn't destroy him. Did you even watch the fight. It was ruled a draw. Fitch won the 3rd round, that's all. I feel Penn chose an odd strategy by deciding to wrestle with Fitch. Secondly, Frankie Edgar doesn't wrestle people for wins so Im not sure why you listed him. Thirdly, Sonnen has consistently been submitted by Ju-Jitsu fighters over his career (especially if they are from Brazil). Fourthly, Rashad Evans has excellent boxing as well, he's not just a wrestler (ask Chuck Liddell and Forest Griffin).
Besides your mma analysis being iffy, your point has nothing to do with my statement that I feel Penn could beat Ray Lewis. Lewis may have been a high school wrestling champ. That does not make him a fighting elite or special in any way if you are talking about the UFC. The fighters you mentioned could outwrestle Ray Lewis (expect probably Frankie Edgar who would almost certainly choose a different strategy). Ray Lewis would have size and strength and nothing else. What experience does he have using wrestling to nullify BJJ? He definetly wouldn't come close to winning against any UFC champ 170 lbs and up and I think Frankie Edgar could just stick and move and get a decision purely off of jabs.
