He is in high school and having fun racing. Do you know how much high schoolers usually race. When he goes to CU, he will race sparingly for 5 years, let him get out there while he can.

I like Sambu. The guy has been running really well all year. I think in the end he is going to be the only one at the NCAA level to push Chelanga this year.

No . . . or more precisely, not yet. Whatever heat he's in will have several guys faster than he is, but not too much faster, hence the possibility of running under 14:00 and maybe even running low 13:50s.

Considering True was 36th at world's (and the top U.S. finisher), second at the 15k champs this spring, and just won the BAA 5k over Ben St. Lawrence and Bobby Curtis, I'd say he's in very good form. Expect a good one this weekend from True.
