exactly. the alactic sprints will make you very sore in the hamstrings in particular at first because they're not used to recruiting that many fast twitch so they were pretty dormant before. after a few weeks you'll get used to doing this and so afterwards you can put on some flats and do some threshold work in the form of say a 3 mile tempo or mile repeats w/ 1 min rest.
if u work multiple energy systems in the same session u kinda want to work the further ends of the spectrum to not over work yourself. i would do fast sprints then do some fast 200 or race pace 400s like the 4x400 workout. let that workout stand alone because of how daunting it is. it will take a lot out of you and you'll need 2-3 days to recover from it.
