Upper Darby High School, PA
If we are talking overall (sprints and distances), the women's records at Thousand Oaks high school are tough to beat. Marion Jones and Kim Mortensen both went there.

For guys, yes. For the girls, I'd say LaSalle Academy.
Missouri
Girls: Lee's Summit West (although Parkway Central had Sisson and Robison recently)
Boys: SLUH (much closer, West Plains is a perennial power)

You beat me to it. Those were the teams I would mention, although I would not have mentioned Parkway Central. They didn't even qualify for state as a team when those two athletes were seniors. I guess the superstars scared everyone else away.

Broad Run? Have they ever had a boy run under 10 for 3200?
I'll suggest Blacksburg and Midlothian for VA. They both have national caliber runners each year.
For VA I would still give Midlo the edge in the distances based on their 10+ years of success (Blacksburg has only recently emerged in the last 4-5 years), and the post-HS success of their runners.
In Track, it's gotta be Western Branch.
Although they have been lacking in recent years, Don Bosco in NJ is consistently one of the best in the country.
All in all though, NY owns all
PA owns 4x800m

In XC, no-one's been more consistently good than Chapel Hill for the last 30+ years, but in track, they've been mediocre at best...
Minnesota: Stillwater (with Wayzata close second)
XC--Oak Ridge, Houston, Morristown West, Baylor
Track--Houston, Brentwood, Brentwood Academy, Knox West, Science Hill (girls)

yeah... that's not true at all.
NY has performed better in the 4x8 every year going back decades except MAYBE 2009, as I remember their state meet was ridiculous that year. I'll admit they had pretty crazy depth last year too.

No one is really dominant in NC track and xc (Chapel Hill maybe in xc). And indoors.....
Myers Park (men's AND women's track and xc) historically can be considered every bit as much as Chapel Hill. Green Hope has been solid in both xc and track but not good enough to be called dominant. New Bern had a little run but that's what $$$$ can do along with "wink, wink" transfers from disaster areas...
There really is not a best program in NC.

Boys - Salesianum / Tatnall
Girls - Tatnall

Boys: Arcadia/Dana Hills
Girls: Saugus/Great Oak

This is correct. Too many NC teams have a moment and then fade. Chapel Hill is almost nonexistent in track. They are very good in xc though. Green Hope does seem to have the potential to become a top team year after year in xc and track. There is a short list of schools that are consistently good. Lots of NC schools also seem to be good at xc or track, not both.
Indiana:
XC Boys/Girls: Carmel
Track Boys: Lawrence Central/Ben Davis/Warren Central
Track Girls: Lawrence North/Warren Central
I forgot to add Fort Wayne Northrop to the girls Track list.
