Both Greer and Centro ran really fast times considering how relaxed they looked. I can't wait to see what happens at NCAA indoor.

Lalang came back to easily take the 3K in 7:54 with Sambu in third in 8:00 (Sullivan 7:57). He's a title contender for sure, and barely getting going...
Anybody know what happened in the heptathlon? The "live" results don't seem to have the 1000 results. And yes, I tried refreshing the page.
They never did finish the posting on that site. Just go to the University of Washington Athletic Department website, select "Teams", then "Track and Field". The Indoor Meet should come up, with a "Final Results" notation that will get you to the real final results. Don't know why they couldn't post the finals of the 1000M
race on the main results website, but....
