Could add that I ran that time while doing 3 events in every meet. Usually 440 (51.1), 880, mile relay. Sometimes 200, 4 x 100. Once 330LH (total disaster).We had dual meets every week. Is this still common? Dual meets requiring doubling or tripling?I never really thought about it until now, but I wonder if I would've been faster at either 440 or 880 if I ever just did one event.
